Please please please prioritise this trip and you will not regret it! My girlfriend (a nervous traveler by nature) and I did a 3 day (2 nights) bike tour with these guys and it was amazing. From the moment we enquired with the owner, Harry, to the moment we safely arrived at our final destination this trip was incredible. We travelled from Phong Nha to Hoi An, covering approximately 600km across the most amazing scenery and pastures. This is how you see the real Vietnam.
They say it is the people who make adventures so exciting. Never has this been more true than in the case of this trip. Our driver, Khanh (Ken) was absolutely amazing. Not only is he a great driver and guide but he is also immense fun, as well as a teacher, mechanic and photographer!!!! Ken looked after us immensely well and always made sure we were getting the most out of our experience – be even got us beautiful fresh avocados from his friends farm on the 2nd day as my girlfriend had commented she liked them!
Whatever you do in Vietnam do this. Skip the bus tour and embrace the bikes. You will not regret it. Harry and Ken, I will never forget this trip.
